For months my kitchen sink and garbage disposal were giving me problems. It took 3 plumbers before I discovered Purple Bird. They took good care of me and took the time to explain why I was having problems with the sink. The plumber assessed the situation and handled it like a professional. His name is Danny and he gave me a good deal. He knew what he was doing and answered any questions I had. He was quick and I appreciate the quality service. I have not had an issue with my sink or garbage disposal since. Purple Bird is awesome!
Out of nowhere, my kitchen sink and bath tubs started backing up with a disgusting brown fluid. Purple Bird Plumbing was the 1st listing that came up in my search. ALWAYS looking to save $$ I called a few other plumbing services to compare estimated pricing. I ended up speaking with a gentleman named, Danny. He was a straight shooter. Without yet seeing it in person his estimate for the situation was soo unbelievably fair, and understood the urgency. Thankfully he was in the area so he was able to quickly come to my house and “unclog” my hell. After about 45 minutes he was able to fix it and what went from what I thought was going to be a NIGHTMARE ended up being easy breezy. I now have their # permanently saved in my contacts JUST IN CASE!!!!!!
Great service, on time, fast and so clean. Was able to fix my issue and not make a mess of my kitchen. Also gave me a bunch of info on keeping my plumbing up to date and running smooth. Definitely will call them anytime I have plumbing issues.
